April 16- On the 16th of April 2014, USAID marked 15 years of Partnering for Positive Change in Kosovo. The anniversary celebration was opened with a ceremony in Gjakova/Djakovica. Gjakovė/Djakovica is the first of many municipalities that will host day-long celebrations throughout the summer to honor USAID’s work in Kosovo. The ceremony was characterized with different events throughout the day which were organized by USAID programs.

The Contract Law Enforcement Program participated in this ceremony as well by presenting the program to citizens. The citizens were also provided with program folders. The folder contains the brochures (contracts, private enforcement agents system, mediation), two issues of CLE's newsletter; USBs containing the standards form contracts, CLE program sheets and success stories. Most of the questions by the citizens dealt with the importance of contracts, the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and also the new enforcement system.
